What we process and why
We process your email address, enquiry and, if supplied, your name and shoot location. We use them to reply, prepare a quote and discuss the service you requested. The form does not accept attachments. Only provide information needed to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis
For enquiries about your own order, processing covers steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business correspondence, such as contacting us on behalf of a company, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling relevant correspondence under Article 6(1)(f). Protecting the form against abuse relies on our legitimate interest in service security. Where a legal obligation applies, the relevant data is processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Providing information
Your email address and message are needed to handle an online enquiry. Without them, the form cannot be submitted; you can contact us by phone or post instead. Your name and the separate location field are optional. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who processes your data
Enquiries are accessed by authorised persons working for the controller. Web hosting and email infrastructure providers participate only to the extent needed to deliver the service. The form is submitted to our server infrastructure and then sent by email; we do not use an external marketing or analytics service.
Retention
We retain enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle them. If a contractual relationship or legal reason arises, further retention follows that purpose and the applicable time limits. The contact gateway does not store message bodies in a database or access logs.
Security, cookies and technical data
This website does not use cookies, marketing tracking or analytics. Fonts and images are loaded from our own domain. Connections are encrypted using HTTPS. To limit form abuse, technical request data is evaluated temporarily in memory, including fingerprints of IP addresses and repeated messages; enquiry content is not stored permanently in this way.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where the relevant legal basis applies. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. You can exercise these rights through the contact channels listed above.
What to include in your first enquiry
For an initial enquiry, we generally need a description of the service, an approximate location and a way to reply. If you represent an organisation, you may include its name and your role in the brief. Do not send national identification numbers, copies of identity documents, login details or health information. More detailed property or invoicing information can be requested when needed for further communication. This helps keep processing proportionate to its actual purpose.
The website and email correspondence
After a successful form submission, the enquiry becomes part of the controller’s email correspondence. The fact that the website has no database of customer messages does not mean that a message immediately disappears. It continues to be handled as needed to reply and deal with the request. If you proceed with an order, relevant information may become part of commercial correspondence. The purpose and reason for retention are then assessed according to that relationship, not only the website visit.
How to make a data request
Briefly explain which enquiry or correspondence your request concerns and what you want us to review. Where possible, use the contact channel you used previously. We need to verify appropriately that information is being provided to the correct person, with checks proportionate to the situation. Not every right applies in the same way in every case. For example, erasure may be limited where information must still be retained for a valid legal reason.
Privacy when browsing and choosing a language
The SK/EN switch opens the corresponding page in the other language. It requires no account, creates no visitor profile and stores no language preference in cookies. We do not embed third-party video players, maps or advertising trackers. If you follow a link outside this domain, processing on the destination website is governed by its operator’s rules. This notice describes the behaviour of our own website and form.
Form protection and responsible use
Technical checks help distinguish ordinary enquiries from automated abuse and repeated submissions. A request may therefore be rejected if it exceeds the size limit or follows other requests too quickly. You can use the telephone contact instead. We do not use form protection to score customers or target marketing. Please send only information relevant to your brief and avoid sharing another person’s personal information without an appropriate reason.
Scope of this notice
This page covers browsing the website and communicating through the contact form. The conditions for the shoot, delivery and subsequent use of images are agreed for the particular assignment. If the service involves content showing identifiable people, the related issues need to be assessed during planning. General information about the form does not replace agreement on all circumstances of future photography or filming.
