Documentation for practical decisions

Not every assignment needs an advertising finish. Sometimes the priority is an overview of work in progress, a view of a hard-to-reach building element or visual material for a consultation. Include a preferred date if you have one; otherwise, we can begin by assessing the options. For construction, the current stage is useful; for real estate, the property type; and for an event, a basic programme. We then clarify the number of visits, photography or video, editing scope and delivery format. This allows the quote to reflect your actual needs rather than a generic package.

For presentation images, a tidy exterior, a considered shooting time and a clear idea of the property’s strengths all help. For documentation, it is important to know which parts need to be recognisable and who will use the material. Before the visit, we agree on access and a site contact. Let us know about obstacles or restrictions that could affect the plan. Weather, light and current conditions inform the final decision to proceed. If a planned viewpoint is not available, we discuss the alternatives for the situation.

How much does drone photography or video cost?

We quote according to the location, shooting scope, number of visits and editing required. Include the location, purpose and approximate date in your enquiry.

Where do you operate?

We focus on Levice and the surrounding area, with a base in Kalná nad Hronom. Shoots further afield can be arranged individually.

What if the weather is unsuitable on the agreed day?

We assess the date against the conditions. If the weather is unsuitable, we agree on an alternative date; the specific arrangements are confirmed when booking.

What format will I receive?

We agree on the format, number of photographs, video resolution, editing scope and delivery date before the shoot, according to your intended use.

Do you offer thermal imaging and precision surveying?

Our current offering covers visual documentation and inspections. The Mavic 3 Pro has no thermal camera. Mapping and 3D data requests are assessed individually according to the output and accuracy required.

Deliverables suited to where you use them

Website photographs, clips for an editor and a finished presentation video are different briefs. We confirm what you need delivered and in what form. If the images will serve several channels, tell us during planning: a wide website banner, a listing and a vertical post need different compositions. It also helps to identify editing requirements, logos and other materials early. We agree on the delivery date and usage terms alongside the service scope. The aim is to provide material prepared for your particular use.
