What can be captured
Visible roof damage, gutters, façade surfaces and selected structural elements. Access and image quality depend on the building, obstacles and shooting conditions.
Visual information for a specialist
We agree on the overview and detail shots you need. You can share the resulting photographs or video with a property manager, roofer or another specialist.
Scope and limitations
This is visual documentation. The DJI Mavic 3 Pro has no thermal camera, so we do not use it for thermal measurements. Images alone do not replace a formal inspection, structural assessment or specialist diagnosis of concealed defects.
Getting started
Send us the location, approximate date and purpose of the images. We will assess the options and prepare an individual quote. We agree on the number of deliverables, delivery date and usage terms before the shoot.
From an overview to a detail
When reviewing visible condition, it matters not only what a detail looks like, but where it is. We can therefore agree on an overview of the building followed by closer images of selected areas. This combination helps when consulting a contractor or property manager. Shots are planned around your question, such as suspected roof damage or the need to document a particular façade section.
What to include in an inspection enquiry
Describe the building type, approximate height and area you want to see. Information about nearby buildings, trees, overhead lines and available space is useful. If a specialist is already assessing the issue, share their requirements for views or details. Before the visit, we assess what the drone can capture and whether the material can serve the intended purpose. Not every area is visible from accessible flight positions.
Interpreting the results clearly
A photograph records the surface and conditions at the time of capture. It does not by itself establish the cause of a fault, watertightness or the condition of concealed layers. We distinguish a visual record from a specialist conclusion. If you need a repair decision or technical assessment, the images should support the relevant professional. Similarly, a visible inspection of solar panels does not measure electrical output or thermal losses.
