For owners, agents and developers
We capture the property location, access, garden and relationship to neighbouring buildings. The shoot focuses on what matters to prospective buyers or tenants.
Preparing for the shoot
We recommend tidying the exterior, removing temporary clutter and identifying the main strengths of the property in advance. We also consider light and weather when choosing the time.
Deliverables to match your quote
You can arrange photographs, video or a combination of both. Aerial images do not verify ownership or legally establish property boundaries.
Getting started
Send us the location, approximate date and purpose of the images. We will assess the options and prepare an individual quote. We agree on the number of deliverables, delivery date and usage terms before the shoot.
Present the property in context
A prospective buyer also cares about what lies beyond the gate. An aerial view can show the shape of the garden, terrace position, arrangement of buildings and connections to the surroundings. We plan images to add information to ground-level photographs. For a plot, the terrain and neighbourhood may matter most; for a facility, the arrangement of buildings and available outdoor space may be more useful.
Working with the owner or agent
Before visiting, we agree who will provide access and who understands the brief. A list of the property’s strengths and any areas that should not appear in the presentation is helpful. If you want a tidy garden, clear parking area or open entrance in the images, prepare these in advance. We can assess a combined visit for several properties, depending on distance and conditions at each location.
Images for your specific listing
A property listing, developer’s website and short social media video have different formats and viewing conditions. We plan deliverables for the channels you actually use. Before editing, we confirm whether you mainly need overview photographs, closer views or aerial video. If you request a graphic highlighting part of a plot, supporting material is needed, and an indicative illustration must be clearly distinguished from a professional survey.
