Comparable construction stages
For repeat visits, we agree on the intervals and viewpoints. Images taken from similar positions make it easier to compare different stages visually.
Documentation for communication
Photographs and video can support project meetings, investor updates and public presentations. We adapt the scope and labelling of the deliverables to your brief.
Mapping subject to assessment
If you need photogrammetric or 3D data, we first assess the required accuracy and intended use. Standard photographic documentation does not replace a professional survey or construction supervision.
Getting started
Send us the location, approximate date and purpose of the images. We will assess the options and prepare an individual quote. We agree on the number of deliverables, delivery date and usage terms before the shoot.
A consistent record of progress
A single visit records a moment in time. A series can show how construction, outdoor areas and the whole site develop. We therefore ask which stages you want documented and who will use the material. Regular internal updates may need different viewpoints from the presentation of a completed section. The scope can be organised around agreed construction milestones.
Coordinating with the site team
The shoot should be coordinated with a site contact. We need to understand access, obstacles and activities that may affect the visit. Agreed viewpoints help maintain visual continuity, although repeating them depends on conditions at the time. Safety and operating constraints take priority over obtaining an identical image at any cost.
Useful material for the next team
For regular documentation, we can agree on file naming and organisation by date or site area. This makes material easier to find when comparing stages or preparing a presentation. If the documentation has a specific technical purpose, provide those requirements before the shoot. Requests for distance or volume measurements and model creation are assessed separately; ordinary presentation images do not automatically provide the necessary accuracy.
