Start with the location and plan
Include the location, date, type of event and approximate number of attendees in your enquiry. We confirm feasibility only after assessing the location and operating conditions.
An agreed scope
Shooting depends on weather and safe operating conditions. We do not automatically promise flights over attendees; the viewpoints and approach are planned for the particular situation.
Getting started
Send us the location, approximate date and purpose of the images. We will assess the options and prepare an individual quote. We agree on the number of deliverables, delivery date and usage terms before the shoot.
Images that add to the event story
An aerial view can introduce the venue, its layout and its relationship to the surroundings. It serves a different purpose from close-up footage of attendees on the ground. We look for moments when an elevated view adds useful information to the final presentation, such as venue preparation, the opening or a wider view of sports facilities. The shots depend on the event and the available options.
Schedule and event contact
For a time-sensitive event, we need the programme and key moments. We agree on a contact who can confirm changes and coordinate on site. The organiser should identify location restrictions and publication requirements early. A fixed event date cannot guarantee suitable flying conditions, so it is useful to discuss an alternative documentation scope during planning.
Deliverables after the event
Images can support an event recap, the organiser’s presentation or promotion of the next edition. If the result needs to complement another photographer or videographer’s work, we agree on formats before shooting. Fast publication requires advance agreement on editing and a realistic delivery time. Your brief can include essential and optional shots so priorities are clear on the day.
