Where aerial photographs work well
When presenting a family home, business premises, accommodation, land or a municipality. Images help show access routes, the location and the character of the surrounding area.
What we agree in advance
Before the shoot, we establish the purpose of the photographs, the viewpoints and the editing required. The number of images, format and delivery method form part of the quote.
What you receive
Selected, edited photographs prepared for the agreed use, such as a website, property portal or company presentation. Print versions are agreed according to the specific format.
Getting started
Send us the location, approximate date and purpose of the images. We will assess the options and prepare an individual quote. We agree on the number of deliverables, delivery date and usage terms before the shoot.
A photograph that explains a place
From the ground, you may only see a building’s frontage. From above, one image can also include the garden, access, parking and surrounding area. This is useful when you want website visitors to quickly understand where a property is and what makes its setting interesting. We therefore establish which connections the images should highlight and which details deserve a separate view.
Light, composition and preparation
The result depends not only on flight height, but also on light direction, the season and the condition of the location. For presentation images, we look for a time when the property reads clearly and naturally. A short description and a note about its most important parts help us plan. Access arrangements and any coordination with the owner are agreed before travelling to the site.
One shoot, several uses
A wide website banner needs a different composition from a property listing or social media image. If you have several uses in mind, mention them in your brief. We can agree on a selection of overview and detail shots, image orientation and file versions. We also confirm the editing scope and any additional deliverables so you know what your quote includes.
